The ski slopes were superb and the scenery was breathtaking. The location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts, with easy access to the lifts. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating, making our stay a memorable one. The traditional Japanese breakfast buffet had decent options and the onsen experience was authentic.
The hotel is situated far from any convenience shops or supermarkets, so getting food and supplies was an issue. Due to the remote location, we wished the hotel offered more information on transportation options, as we ended up spending a lot of extra time and money trying to get around.

Spent Thanksgiving at a cozy hotel nestled in the mountains- perfect for families. the ski slopes and sled hills on site were a hit with the kids. the Japanese breakfast buffet was decent with authentic options.
The hotel lacked a restaurant, so we had to go out in the snowy weather for food. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to skiing and snowboarding, restaurants, and town. The hotel had great facilities, including the ski locker room and two onsens, which were maintained well. The staff were very accommodating, welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was very comfortable with good central heating and the food offered for the half-board option, both for breakfast and dinner, was varied and tasty.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Although the hotel lobby was recently renovated and spacious, the room felt a bit outdated. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. the hotel's onsen also has a nice outdoor option, which was pleasant. the hotel is located near the Panorama Ski Area and has direct access to the ski lift.
We were quite disappointed by the hotel staff's misinformation about the shuttle bus to the Appi Kogen ski resort and the cost of the meals. This misinformation led to us spending much more than expected.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel nestled right on the slopes of a beautiful mountain. The location could not have been more perfect for avid skiers like me. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating team that made me feel right at home. The hotel had a range of amenities that enhanced my experience, including a relaxing Onsen on-site, where I could unwind after a long day on the slopes. The rooms were well-appointed, with cozy beds and plenty of space to relax. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of hot water and tea in the room. Additionally, the hotel provided a scrumptious set course dinner as part of the half-board option, showcasing delicious Japanese cuisine. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, catering to different tastes.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
